Some thieves somehow managed to steal several placemats I made

They were printed on dark red alizarin crimson background

I do not know how they got them

If you happen to see the thieves leaving them around

Kindly contact me

As perhaps the thieves might not like the images stolen

After all

Since they are not that well printed

Not only

They are also images not that related to them

As they are sketches I did of my parents

Though not well printed

I kept them in my safe deposit box

Then one day I took them out

Thought of giving them away as gifts

But before I could

They lost their trace

Then another interesting thing happened

Someone stole one of my previous name cards

On which it is printed:

Bernadette Lee-Pisapia

Faculty

Professor of Business Of Arts

White Mountain Academy Of the Arts

Elliot Lake Ontario Canada

It was a name card I used when I taught in Canada from August 2002 to May 2003

The thieves who stole my placemats and namecard must have been quite Artistic oriented or simply inventors of some interesting way of making identity theft: beware that there is a phone number written on my placemats which I no longer use after some hacking incidents happened

All the above items were lost recently, in Hong Kong between June and July

Kindly contact me if you happen to find them

As they are intimate images that I treasure

A compensation would be given

Thank you

Hong Kong

Error on the above message regarding name card:

A thorough search allowed me to recover the above name card.

The placemats are still to be recovered . I do hope it was related to my negligence instead of related to possible identity theft.

The reasons: my Hong Kong phone line has been manipulated in such a way that my phone calls were being redirected to a number which I knew nothing about.

For those who are interested in knowing how I sort out this mystery, come to my site once in a while as I’ll update you with my final investigation.

Thank you

Bernadette
