唱著這詞的是謝賢與馮寳寶

愁

…載不動

許多愁

是李清照1134年左右作的詞

2021年，在「殺出個黃昏」裏

我感受到

李清照的舴艋舟

那載不動的許多愁

也許是角色選擇出色吧

也許是因我離了港四十多年

突然回來

再見我從小到大在銀幕一起成長的摯愛演員

在演譯一些

載不動的黃昏愁

心裏

突然

下著淚

今次載著的

是動了的愁

幸好

在舴艋舟停滯下

風轉

春至

一個像是跟自己無關的生命

推著了載著愁的舟

心裏的淚

變成光彩

輕「瑩」了的舟

載著您我的

夢

原來的黃昏愁

變成了

動力

隱隱約約的

仍是感到小時看過「英雄本色」或「窗」後

四哥給觀眾帶來的心靈力量

一種靈魂昇華了的訊息

SAD...

“…cannot bear the load

of sorrow “

In 2021, I found the essence of this poem is  being expressed in the film ‘ TIME ‘* ( directed by Ricky Ko)

‘ I am afraid that the skinny grasshopper boat

Cannot quite bear the load of my sorrow’( “ Spring in Wuling “) 

 SUNSET...

Perhaps it is due to the excellent choice of the cast

Or perhaps it is due to my own personal sentiment:

Accumulated after some forty years of absence, where it is released all of a sudden, 

naturally, when I see Patrick and Bo Bo again in a cinema setting 

This time at a more advanced age

( how time flies! Do we not grow up together like friends or siblings! )

I must admit, at one point while watching the film

Tears filled my eyes

As if the load of melancholy 

As described by LI Ching Chao

Gets heavier and heavier at the first part of the film

So much so that the boat that takes the load is unable to set sail

Luckily

It somehow is able to survive

This skinny grasshopper boat

Cyclone ceases

Spring is here

Thanks to the arrival of

A child 

Not even related

Is able to generate an energy

To reshape the lives of all

No more tears

But colourful light

How light is the boat now 

How much dream it can carry

No more Sorrow 

But a mysterious kind of strength 

comes back

Reminiscent of the films ‘ upright repenter ‘ ( 1967) or ‘ Window’ ( 1968 ) where Patrick manages to transmit

To the spectators 

A feeling of inner peace at the end

A sort of reconciliation with oneself, perhaps 

Somewhat soul searching

And  soul cleansing
